Terms of Service/Use

Welcome to Tesuque Outpost. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://tesuqueoutpost.com and any reservations made through the website. By booking or using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms and our House Rules.

1. Bookings & Payments
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. A valid ID and credit card are required.

Payment is due at booking or per platform policy. A security deposit ($300–$1,000) may be required.

All pricing is in USD and may vary based on dates, availability, and guest count.

2. Check-In / Check-Out
Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM

Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out available by request only and are subject to:

Availability and host approval

$25/hour fee

Late check-out beyond 12 PM is not permitted

Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee

3. House Rules Summary
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

No Parties or Events: Violations may result in removal without refund

No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or outside; $250 fine for violations

Pets: May be allowed in select units with prior approval; fees and restrictions apply

Undisclosed Guests: $50/night fee per unauthorized guest

Device Tampering: Disabling or interfering with Wi-Fi, locks, or security equipment will result in termination of stay and a $250 fine

Professional Shoots: Commercial filming/photography not allowed without express written consent

Mail & Packages: Do not send mail or packages to the property. We are not liable for delivery issues

Excessive Cleaning: Stays requiring over 2 hours of post-checkout cleaning will be charged an additional $80 fee

Security Cameras: External cameras are present for guest safety; tampering is prohibited

Rental Agreement: All guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking

4. Liability Waiver
By booking, guests release Tesuque Outpost and its representatives from any liability related to personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during their stay.

5. Modifications
Tesuque Outpost reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
